Return of the Flow

Each Set starts with a 2-minute Flow, then followed by 1-minute recovery, followed by 6 rounds of 20 sec work:10 sec work of listed set

Today’s flow is: (4) Squat to 90 degree Switch Jumps–> (1) Inchworm–> (4) Pike Toe Taps–> (4) Push-ups [repeat for 2 minutes]
