1) Squat to Criss Cross
2) Starfish Lateral Lunge 
3) Plank Rotations
4) R Split Squat Low to High Chop
5) L Split Squat Low to High Chop
6) Lateral Shuttle to Tap
7) Bicycles
8) Inchworm to Runner Pose
*After each round 1 minute plank
