3x Max Effort Pike Push-Up

3×10 Snow Angel Supermans

3×10 Scapula Push-Up + Push-Up

3x10e Lateral Hip-Ups

3×12 Cuban Press

3×10 Internal External Rotation/ Delt Fly

3×15 Tricep Push-Ups
