Flexible Class Times To Fit Your Lifestyle

We offer the below class times:
Monday through Friday- 5:15 am. 6:15 am, *7:15 am (M & W), 9:15 am, 12:00 pm, 3:15pm (M-Th) 4:15 pm, & 5:15 pm.
Saturday- 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 9:15 am
Sunday- **No Classes

Class registration is required. You can register for class up to 48 hours in advanced through the MindBody app. In the event you need to cancel your registration, due so at your earliest convenience.
