Flexible Class Times To Fit Your Lifestyle

We offer the below class times:
Monday through Friday- 5:15 am. 6:15 am, *7:15 am, 9:15 am, 12:00 pm, 4:15 pm, 5:15 pm. 6:15 pm
Saturday- 7:15 am, 8:15 am, 9:15 am
Sunday- **No Classes

There is no need to pre-register for class and we do not cancel classes due to low attendance.

*7:15 am is not offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays
