Molly started her fitness journey at a little new (at the time) gym in Mpls, called 501 Fit. It was group training and they all had their our own stations. It was her first time lifting weights on a regular basis. That was back in 2009. Fast forward to 2013 where Megan introduced Molly to Allegiance Fitness and she started working out again with groups. Then Molly had 2 babies (2014 and 2016) and has been working on her fitness ever since. There have been successes and failures along the way but Molly has learned so much and want to continue learning. Molly has enjoyed pushing herself and seeing what her body is capable of. Molly completed her first sprint triathlon last year and was real happy with my results!
Outside of working out I am a mom and a wife and get to manage our wild and crazy household. I enjoy; sewing, painting furniture, painting walls, riding my bike, traveling to new places and exploring, dining out, and riding in the MS-150 (you should join our team). And if I have any spare time, you can find me trying to find a quiet minute to myself and restore my sanity.
