collage-picOur proprietary PUSH group fitness classes are designed around YOUR current fitness level, not ours. We combine the perfect amount of strength + conditioning for a calorie burning, muscle building 45 minute workout. 

It’s a total body workout without the fuss of planning what you’re going to do. We’ve got you covered!

In our coach led classes, you’ll be instructed how to perform every movement that we have written on the board for your workout. Everything from jump-rope to front squats, we’ll demo it and show different levels of difficulty for each movement. We pride ourselves on teaching the fundamentals of each and every exercise, so we’ll never put you in a compromised position for injury. But don’t let this sweet talk fool you, we still guarantee an excellent workout every time you come in! You’re never going to know what body part or piece of equipment you’ll be using for a class, could be battle-ropes, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, medicine balls, rowers, or tires.

Our variety of equipment paired with our fun, and intense, workout styles keeps our members coming back for more (in a love-hate type of way).

How do we track your results? We have two systems that combined give you the best measurement on current progress and fitness level-our state of the art InBody testing and workout journals.

InBody measures your current fitness status through pounds of water, pounds of lean muscle mass, pounds of fat, BMI, percent body fat, how much fat you need to gain or lose, how much muscle you need to gain or lose, and the amount of calories your body burns a day at reset (basal metabolic rate). All of which are vital components of the human body fitness scale. Yes, we will know you intimately, no shallow relationships here. This system will continue to monitor and track your progress throughout the program.

Workout Journals

Many of the movements we do are trackable (ex: bench press, squat, 1,000 meter row, deadlifts, pull-ups, sit-ups to name a few), we encourage and provide our members with workout journals to track their workouts and see their progression.
