New to In Motion or to a class based gym? That’s okay! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and our coaches and members will make you feel at home. From the moment you walk in, you are in control of your time and pace. Our coaches and member mentors will work with you to make sure you feel comfortable with every exercise.
Experienced with fitness? Not a problem, you will find our program challenging, diverse and fun!
