At In Motion Fitness, we created the ideal White Bear Lake workout class program environment. Our “Push” group workout classes are 45-minutes, and they have something in it for everyone. They are not just aerobics fitness classes. Instead, they combine aerobics exercise with weights and cardio weight training for White Bear Lake area residents. Plus, our workout classes are offered every day, Monday thru Saturday. In addition to flexible exercise class times, members are encouraged to participate in workout classes at their own pace. We’re excited to announce we launched a new and improved At Home Workout program! Workout from your White Bear Lake home.
