Ab & Glute Burner at Home Workout

10 each side plank up/downs

10 each side Mountain Climbers

10 Sit-ups

10 each Side Hip Raises

8 Rounds of:

10 Burpees

10 Jump Squats

10 Bodyweight Squats

10 Lunges

10 Push-ups
