Quick and simple but will get your sweat game right! If you have a kettlebell, dumbbell, or sandbag at home, add that to your workout to increase your intensity. Add that weight into your jumping jacks to make them a jack press!

Between each exercise you will do 20 jumping jacks.

3 Rounds

25 Squats

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Mt Climbers

20 Jumping Jacks

15e Plank Taps

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Push-ups

20 Jumping Jacks

5 Burpees

20 Jumping Jacks
